But maybe there are only a few key scam order processors that serve spammers, and this tool submits to those processors. It may soon need faster updates to be effective as the spammers make a countermove. I doubt they'll get their account yanked for processing all those bogus accounts. They probably will get dinged from between 0.10 to 0.25 per failed transaction for the processing fee. That will help to make the whole venture unprofitable. Some criminals validate CCs by submitting fake donations of $1.00 to charity online.
