It's not partisan bomb throwing, it an interview with William K. Black 
a regulator under the Bush administration.

Very comprehensive and all in 25 minutes streaming online.

Go to Charlie Rose at pbs.org
and find the April 23rd of this month interview with Black
or should you require it I can repost
it for you.
