IMO the clerk and/or the store should be able to BA> sue the kid and his parents for civil damages. The Keystones around here do that as well. And I have no problem with it. Unless they use a teenage who looks like being in the mid-twenties range. Which they have done - and the "offending" clerk and his company beat the rap since they got lucky and drew a judge with a modicum of common sense. What pisses me off is having to show ID (at 68 (next month)) to buy a 12 pack of frothingslosh. But, the corp rat board rooms have decreed that beer and coffin nails are such a huge profit node (and nothing wrong with profits) that they will implement POS software that requires the clerk to enter a birth year before completing the sale ... which requires looking at your ID ... which is a PITA - both for the clerk and the patron. Thank you MADD, TADD and SADD. Thank you very much. /sarcasm off/ ENJOY!!! From Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchen Home of YAHOOOOAHHHH Hot Sauce & Hardin Cider ...
