Yes, but remember the context: that was "if the boot sector virus
was bigger than the boot sector, then FDISK/MBR wouldn't overwrite
that portion of the virus that was beyond the boot sector".
My comment was essentially that after the FDISK/MBR, there would be
some virus code left, but since the portion in the boot sector was
gone, that additional code would never get executed.
