* RADIO ALMATY, Alma Ata; is now using 9620 and 11840 kHz for their
   transmission in English at 1030-1100(Sun/Mon) and German at
   1050-1110(Tue-Fri) and 1100-1120(Sat/Sun).  (CJO, 24/11/96)
 
KOREA (Rep.)
* RADIO KOREA INTERNATIONAL, Seoul; is now using 13670 kHz to EUROPE
   and 9570 kHz to Australia in English at 0800-0900. The frequency
   of 7550 kHz is no longer used at this time. The relay via Skelton
   in the U.K. is now on the air at 1930-2000 on 3970 kHz (ex 3955).
