Jim,
        Thank you for your response. I never got past the difficulty 
breathing in my assessment, so you made an excellent point. I was also asked 
the other day if this pattern of breathing was normal for this patient. 
Something else I hadn't thought of. 
        It was drilled into us in my class that there are rarely any black 
and white answers. So I guess I forgot that part of my learnin'. 
        Thanks again for setting me straight. Guess I'll go sit in the corner 
a while and contemplate the folly of incomplete assessments.
