Initially I thought this was going to be something great but it's just IP
logs, probably doesn't include email or if they use proxy/cache engines,
the browsing logs.
They should however be allowed to keep the IP logs for at least 3 days, in
order to defend against infected spam bots.
After 3 days though, ISP's should have to delete all logs that are not
required for their business record keeping.
