I don't believe in artificial cognition; I believe that intelligence
is an absolute.  Either something is intelligent or it is not, but it
cannot be artificially so.  Mind you, the layperson tends to use the
term artificial intelligence in a way cyberneticists do not.  Largely
a matter of nuance, I guess.
