It works fine for me. The trouble is that it's internal fossil driver sucks
big-time, and must be completely disabled. Winfossil works great for all
versions of Windows to run telnet DOS based BBses, so I use that instead. 

Also, with Com/IP, the correct init string needs to be sent to the virtual
modem driver. If not, you'll get echoing of characters and possibly
file transfer problems.
