Long ago, the first BBS that I found Memories AT> on was using the Bluewave door as well as the reader. Piece ah AT> cake than)G) There's a .PTR file in your packet archive, which you can extract. Then, with that in the same directory that you'd put your reply packets, you go into the QWK door on the BBS. In Wildcat doors, you need to go into the part for configuring your settings, and there's one option there to upload a .PTR file. If you got the pointer file from the corrupted message packet, you'll want the settings (B)efore download; if from an earlier packet, use (A)fter download. (It asks after the upload, IIRC.) Then it automagically resets everything properly.... As you can see, though, this isn't a Bluewave issue, but simply a BBS one. :) ttyl neb ... If it's not on fire, then it's a software problem. ___ Blue Wave/QWK v2.20 --- ViaMAIL!/WC v1.60d* Origin: Chowdanet (401-724-4410) telnet://chowdanet.com (1:323/120) SEEN-BY: 633/267 270 5030/786 @PATH: 323/120 123/500 106/2000 633/267 |
