It could be version 0.10 I not sure why it is form a full pack with all
downloaded from sourceforge.net win32 zip file.

It could be why the htp and nlupdate is not the stable version as same I
self using 1.4 on linux, and the Unpack and pack commands is taken from my
linux fidoconfig config file.

My path is in a autoexec.bat file my windows usb point poll bat files is calling.
path ...\...\point\zip;
I have too had some extra lines as:
set zip=\point\zip
set unzip=\point\zip
