Hmmmmmm, not that I'm aware of. It does share the same Database engine, so it
easily interacts with paradox tables, and I believe you can make little 
applets
that you can paste onto Paradox Forms. However we didn't get that far into
how Delphi and Pdox can co-operate, we were mainly just flying around looking
at what Delphi can do by itself.   
If you are that interested I would suggest you contact Borland directly and 
see
if you can buy a public beta copy. At our meeting last night I heard that one
chap had gotten a CD ROM with a photo-copied manual after calling up Borland 

expressing interest (along with 100 Canadian dollars, 60 US   )
