Explanations/apologies here.  The readme hadn't actually been intended
for public consumption, mostly as a note to Mike, who had "commissioned"
the fix for the Telegard door, and was being given it with the bonus of
the patched readers, etc.  Also the readme hadn't been looked at since
being dashed off, a year ago, until I checked it out to see what was in
it.  I have to confess, I didn't really look at it in terms of how well
it explained the process, only that it described the contents and what
basically was to be done with them.  So, mea culpa et nostra culpa... ;0

The Wizard is, even as I type, working on a (in his words, "less slimy,
expanded") more comprehensive README.txt that explains better what one
should do to apply the fix, and what should be done with everything...
this time designed for public consumption...  

I'll be uploading the revised package to Mark's bbs in the near future.
