Waveform can matter, if just computers and (old-style) fluorescents are on,
on that circuit.  I've seen readings be off by 10%.  BX is truly illegal,
unless silver crosses the palm of your electrician.  Bury it, say it's from
1947, and who's to know?  Oh, snazzy vinyl inner insulation, with
1999-vintage markings? How'd that get there?  Oops, I seem to have dropped
all the twenties out of my wallet, Mr. Inspector - would you help me pick
them up?
