I killed Huffman and tweaked it more.  Now it *seems* to be doing *better* than
Deflate.  Also, I'm working on a 16-bit technique, and it *seems* to be doing
exceptional.  :)  However, these are preliminary figures and may not be
true--especially the 16-
bit one.  I'm still working.
