Typical FUD.

A) I had no idea that all the world's IP resided in Redmond....coz by
signing this agreement Novell....."are respecting, all of the
intellectual property that exists in the environment."

B) Obviously it requires an agreement with MS to " answer to questions
customers have had about the assurance that they are in compliance with
intellectual property rules with Linux"

Sheesh. Since when was MS the Heimdal of the rainbow bridge to IT Valhallah ?

Lovely piece of FUD.

However this could be easily turned around given how frequently MS has been
found to be not "in compliance with intellectual property rules".

The only diff is coz MS has so much money, no one has bothered suing MS's
customers (yet).
