I seriously doubt it. I don't think any of the GUI Web design apps do. I
used to use GoLive Cyberstudio (now owned by Adobe) and it's code was far
from standard. Most of those applications make heavy use of tables to align
design elements, along with a few non-standard codes unique to the
application. If I ran a simple page through an HTML checker, I'd usually
get a bunch of faults.
