It does say "No part  of these materials  may be  reproduced or
modified" but if Cutting Edge Computing or Hatchew no longer exists
then one would have to at least try to find out who took ownership of
the copyright and contact them. If no one bothered to claim ownership
then I assume there would be some time limit before the copyright
reverts to public domain. This should be further studied.
