Anyone who wants webmail. We opted not to provide webmail or even IMAP
because it makes the ISP responsible for the mail store. People should be
responsible for their own data, ISP mail servers should be high
availability but you can't do that if you have to store every body's 4gig
mail store of every stupid 2mb photo of aunt  bertha's cats.

Picture a chkdsk reboot on a machine with 20,000 users storing a gig of email each...
