not to what i know of, why repack one msg at a time ?, i dont get what you
really want here, dont shut me :)

well it is as i belive dos c library call that uses append to file in c
lovlevel io, and this is always appended to the end of file, cleanp can
only make a new db file with the non deleted msgs, not insert on msgs that
are deleted, a good dokumented way is to change to msg base in fidoconf (-b
msg) where this is one file pr msg

squish and jam cant do this
