I already sent out netmail about this to the original poster.  Please
don't send out off-topic messages, or post messages containing
characters with their high-bits set.  Having the high bits set in a
quote causes a much problem as if you entered them yourself.
OTOH, please don't let this discourage you from posting messages about
C++...
