Here it is how to play as Noob Saibot,
Start a two player game and choose Kano.
Then at the beginning of the round hold HP, LP, Block, and LK and if on the
left joystick hold left and if on the right hold right.  I think.
THe only move I know of is his teleport which is D,U.
He comes up from under you and throws you like Cyraxes air throw.
It may be U,D I forget.
He also has a force ball.
