If you're meaning on episode one...here goes.  After you get the blue key on 
the second level of the porno shop.  You goto the little kiosk that is 
labeled 3drealms demolition(cute, huh?), use the key on the blue key thingy, 
press the right buttons, and flip the switch.  You probably will see the 
building in front of you blow up.  Go there and the yellow key will be there 
somewhere, but it is probably on top  instead of on the floor(sorry for not 
being precise, but I have not played it in some time).
