if you find diff in ubuntu/debian builds make a howto on it, one more thing
is also to have a more common fhs for fidonet apps, this is basicly why it
takes me more time to get anything done on gentoo, diff apps dont use same
fhs :/

in gentoo there would not be made a ebuild that installs anything in /usr/local
