As it turns out, only a few messages are generated by those "forced"
areas.  So once you have your initial d/l, you really don't have to
worry about them later.  And, for that first d/l, you don't have to get
all the old messages anyway, as you can tell BW to only take the last NN
messages... :)

The .ptr file is only a .qwk thing (and not even all .qwk at that).  It
does work with Wildcat .qwk files, so works at Doc's and similar boards.
As far as I can tell, it wouldn't work with your Juxta files, though, so
you'd have to do those manually if at all...
