CDs furnished to learning institutions for distribution to (or free copying by)
the students in that institution.  The institution furnishes the student with
the installation keys - which AFAIK are good for a limited period of use
and then expire, presumably after advising the user to obtain a full licensed
copy of the software if s/he wants to continue using it.
