The voltage on my E+ says that it is 20 VAC output and 23.4 watts.
The cord on the Zyxel is a tri prong plug (going into the back of the modem) 
and you may have a bit of a difficult time finding another power supply.
Since you are local to me you always bring the modem over and use my power 
supply to test it.
