I'm sorry, I was pretty obtuse in my original post.

I'm not looking for a new icon (I'm happy with what we have,
although yours looks good too!).

We have had requests from users, who would like to change
our icon to something else.  They already have developed an
icon they want to use.  My question, is how do we allow them
to use their icon rather than the one embedded in the
resource section of g32.exe?

1) Tell them to get a .exe icon editor, and replace the icon
in g32.exe with their own.

2) Add YAEV (yet another editor variable), LoadIconFromDisk.
If set, the editor would look for tsepro.icon in the editors
load directory.

3) Something else?
