It's as big a problem as it ever was, even bigger due to higher clock
speeds. There's no way you could sell complete systems using windowed or
non-shielded cases in most countries, they'd never pass the EMI tests.
Any SWLer or ham radio operator can bore for Africa on the subject. For
those in the know, old IBM PS/2 systems are prized for ham shack work such
as logging or packet radio because of their superior EMI shielding.
