For me, it depends on the purpose.  On the Pi, I have no compelling reason to
go 32 bit.  On desktop systems, it's a different kettle of fish.  I have 8GB
RAM, so a 64 bit OS is needed to fully utilise my RAM (without having to resort
to PAE.
