and yeah, lots of couldawouldawishI'ds.... but at 
every decision branch in the tree, 
a different turning would be a different me.

And as I look at my now
flawed, lacking that I know myself to be,

There is that which, if the change meant losing the now,
I would stay the gardener's spade, shelve the saw....

the journey winds, from where to whence I know not

but the views, and enough of the now, have been worth it all

the sparkle in my son's eyes worth a universe of
