HN> And a fine March morning to ya as well Karen!
Well, it was today Hap, thanks :)
KW>I saw this kind of thing in a magazine a few years ago. And I have
KW>spent part of this year looking for a big frame so I can do something
KW>along these lines too.
HN> Oh bother! I was hoping no one had though of it yet! Oh well, I'll be
HN> doing it anyway!
There is nothing new under the sun, but we all add our own little
touches to old ideas anyway :)
KW>As I see it, my big ornate frame will be suspended so that the bottom of
KW>it will be at about waist level. The people can walk behind it and
KW>look through it almost as if it where a window. They can hang through it,
KW>pose to one side, put their hands anywhere they please within the frame,
KW>have props even.
HN> I want 'em holding it, and interacting with it...I want to make them
HN> create a bit of their own magic and make each photo individual.
Me too. Same idea, done differently, would still produce different
results. I see it as a three dimentional thing, since there is
nothing to say that any particular part of the person has to be inside,
or behind, the frame :)
