Brother Clarence, You are missing a most important factor. The word
"Evening" does not mean "night," nor does "morning" mean "day."
When it is one o'clock in the morning, is it light outside? NO! It is dark
as night. when it is one o'clock p.m., is it dark out. NO! it is light.
The word "Afternoon" is a recent term applied to the first 5 hours and 59
minutes after the noon hour. However, even when I was a child, I recall
that these hours were still referred to as evening. It is true that YaHVaH
called the light "day," and the darkness, he called night. He did NOT
called light "Morning," nor did he call darkness "Evening," because, they
have different definitions. Evening is from 12:00.01 p.m., to 11:59.59 p.m.
Morning is from 12:00.01 a.m. to 11:59.59 a.m. Noon is 12 o'clock high,
while 12 o'clock low, is Midnight. On the other hand, Daytime is the light
part of a 24
hour day, and night time is the dark part of a 24 hour day. If we read it
in proper context, the Hebrew is "perfectly" clear on this.
You are correct, YaHVaH is not the Author of confusion, yet people become
confused when they try to read with preconceived ideas and persuasions. It
has been ingrained into our minds all of our lives that the Sabbath is from
sunset to sunset, instead of the "going Down of the Sun, to the going down
of the sun," that we can not accept anything different. No one likes being
wrong, but it is a worse shame to remain so. Think on these things and
don't be so quick to dismiss them.

MIDNIGHT˙
This diagram below shows when EVENing begins. The Minor evening is at 3
p.m., and is also called the "Twain of the evenings. If 3 p.m. is between
the evenings (and this you agreed upon), then the time before 3 p.m. is also
evening. Right? You can't deny this.
