Yeah I'm not sure you can do it with wfwg fax
You need to pass the phone number into the fax prog
I use Winfax which puts styles in Word and when used automatically passes 
the data to Winfax
It gets pretty messy when you get up in numbers though with groups etc
and it takes all night to send 500 one page faxes (In any program)
