Well, I guess the theory is that it won't come out of a flat spin because the
control surfaces aren't responding so a blast of air over the tailfeathers 
may give the elevator enought power to get the nose down.  But I think I'll 
leave the proving of theories to test pilots wearing parachutes and flying 
someone else's airplane.
