Our current lefgal systrem is a bit confused here. Suicide is illegal.
(So it attempted suicide which is the point) That is, in many places.
So the theory is you don't get to choose when to end your life. So You,
which ever one's, impression that the other wanted to die is not relevant.
Even if he wanted to, killing him is still not legal.
