Um, she's got a crush on you.  Probably.

If this person lights up when you walk into a room, but seems tongue-tied 
while her eyes glisten as she stares at you, it could mean she "likes you 
THAT way."  Or has a great potential to.

If you walk past and she does this consistently, and you're interested in a 
friendship or relationship, why not squeak back, "Where have you been all 
my life, baby?!"  Okay, maybe not that cheesy.  "What's your sign" is 
outmoded.  "Hi" might work well.
