        A mega thanks for this reference, )\/(ark. No, I had not seen
   this. 278 pages ! I will edit the fluff and maybe print the
   important part, just to read. Interesting, this is. I am at the
   moment, reading this book of Pierre Burton on the 1812-1813 war
   where the Merikan generals sure went wrong. There seems the have
   been no resolute to keep us in US. ;-) 40 Canadians accepted the
   surrender of over 400 Merikans. Times have changed. All these 40
   Canadians were ex-Merikans who were loyalists and were at times
   shooting at brothers. Sad but true. This surrender was at Beaver
   Dams, NW of Niagara.
