There is only one good way to fight this. Technically you aren't going to
beat these guys, they are good at hiding and will remain one step ahead.

OTOH, you can simulate their prey, not the machines that get rooted but the
end prey. Fill their results with bad information, spend time trying to
find ways to respond to them as their targets would and then they will
spend their time trying to catch up to you.
