Ok, there is a new new version of BTPE, BTPE300.ZIP, available for
FREQ.  This one uses the same external file format for BINKLEY.LNG,
BINKLEY.SCD, BINKLEY.DAY, and I consider a change of external file
format a significant enough change to warrant an increase in the
high version number.  Despite the fact that both releases were done
on exactly the same date!!!  BINKHACK.ZIP contains the new version.

On the MSGED front, I discovered a bug in the date routines whilst
scrolling through messages in OS2PROG.  That has been fixed, and
thus a new MSQHACK2.ZIP is available, and BILL gets his BILL.ZIP.

I am now going to be working on tidying up some warning messages in
Binkley, so expect a new version of BTPE anytime soon.  If you haven't
figured it out yet, it's always a good idea to FREQ BTPE*.* when
trying to get anything I am producing!  BFN.
