ANSIRATL.ZIP is in LaTex format not HTML you nutcase. :-)  I have a program
here called DeTex which is supposed to strip the codes from LaTex files but
it seemed to do a pretty shoddy job of it.  I'll put the shoddy ASCII
conversion up for FREQ at 3:633/267 if you're really desperate.
