There are four .zip files on the disk.  You can copy them to floppies along 
with the installation program.  Then using the floppies, install it.  And the 
disks can be created (even under Windows95) using the LOADDSKF program.
I installed Warp 3.0 and the IAK on my ThinkPad that way.  Took a bunch of 
floppies, however.
