Oh, ok I get it. I just think it would be very handy to have a computer
that could pick up FM and song titles and play them instead of streaming
over the internet. If they expect the computer to become the communications
device that it should be, then things like this are a natural.

I also think all PC's should come with some sort of internet telephone
application. Perhaps Apple will fix that problem now that they are doing
the iphone thing.

Lastly, I think it's high time the stupid IM networks merge or at least
AOL's ICQ and IM should share logins so you don't need to maintain two
different logins. I've now dropped ICQ and am using Trillian with both an
ICQ and AOL login (and I think I have a trillian login as well but I don't
really understand why I need all these).

First IM's to merge will take over. People are getting tired of the
incompatibility. My daughter is on msn, my son on AOL, my work on ICQ, this
is stupid. It's like different phone companies refusing to cross connect.

Computers can't be communications devices if cross communications are not possible.
