Note that this does not require connection to Microsoft. Organisations with
a KMS don't have to worry about Microsoft or a hacker unilaterally
deactivating their systems (assuming the KMS is not hackable from outside.)
They do have to abide by the terms of the license subject to audit but
that's no different than current licenses for W2K or XP.
