Since Scott seemed to be stressing the case in the docs back when there
were only DOS and OS2 flavors, I assumed that it was not due to file
I/O...since, as you say, the file systems could care less.

However, I have tried to break mine (DOS and OS2) by testing mixed case and
lower case versions of "MESSAGE" in MENUS.CTL declarations and it
looks like I unfortunately still have access to K)ill and R)eply, no matter
how I do it. :)

So that blows my theory of a string comparison operation with the app
failing...I took the docs too "literally".
