It's Ewido (the companies have merged).  I've used Ewido, and two years ago
it was one of the few really fierce excavators for difficult cases.  I
don't think I ever ran it resident for long; it didn't seem to have the
moxie of SpySweeper, et. al. (nor did it have that kind of overhead).

I was favorably impressed, based on using it as a scanner.  These days,
though, you really need a resident active program to even partially protect
a fool at his keyboard.
