I have mentioned in other messages that I represent
(I am a manufacturers' rep) Viking Electronics,
among other companies.
Viking has a few new products: One of them is a
2-line call-sequencer. If you're on one line, and
your other line rings, the device will answer the
line with a very good sounding, recorded-by-you
message. It will put the call "on hold" and play
whatever music you provide. It will signal you
that you have a call waiting, on hold.
After business hours, it will route incoming calls
to an answering machine (user-provided).
IF you don't want to answer the call, this is not
the equipment you want. IF you do want to take
advantage of the fact that your customer is right
there, right now, perhaps this is a good product.
Even though it is very easy-to-install, the only
channels of distribution will be telecom equip
distributors or through installers/interconnects.

062, and, then, enter your FAX number.
