As I already explained in a previous post that Bob had already read, it
happened years before I HAD an echo.  It involved a series of attacks back
and forth between him and Richard in POLITICS and ALL-POLITICS and maybe
another echo as well.  He requested (using the LOCAL area at Doc's Place)
that I read a set of particularly pointed comments made to him and offer my
opinion of them.  I responded that I had long ago stopped reading anything
either of them addressed to the other.  He repeated his request several
times.  Back then he hadn't fully exposed his dishonest, bitter, vile
nature, so I relented.

If you follow him to his "response," you will see that he perpetuates the
dishonesty.  It had nothing to do with moderating.  He just enjoys
portraying himself as a whiny victim.
