Do you actually have a company for D'Bridge? Or, since you're a freelance
software developer, you automatically fit into that category?

It seems as though they're pointing the finger at 'companies' that install
crap on consumers' computers. In your case, you develop the software, and
WE install it.

*IF* you would at all fit their description, I would think all you might
need to do is make a disclaimer, or a EULA or something when you first
attempt to install D'Bridge. You could basically use that EULA/disclaimer
to take a nice stab at your government, too, by mentioning the idiotic
reasoning for why you have to include a EULA/disclaimer in D'Bridge's
installer in the first place. :)
