Isn't the issue with the fossil driver related to WIN-95/98 and so on?
When I was going through all of this it was pretty clear that the package
fossil that was provided with it was only intended for use with WIN-NT.
And, yes,for that reason you can't/couldn't use it on WIN-95/98.
BTW, there have been two revisions since I did all this. There was an
upgrade to 3.x, and also, just released, is the new version 4.1 if my
memory is correct. Has anyone any experience with the new one for this
work yet?
